As long as you get a blower kit made for the TPI, it should be a straight forward upgrade.

The Pro charger kits have been around for a long time, they do give you C4 ZR1 beating performance that has been tried and proven. Bring a standard C4 from mid 14 sec quarter mile to mid 12 second quarter mile without any bad habits.
They come with all items and instructions for the conversion.

My 85 has been supercharged for around 10 years, The stock engine got replaced after being blown for over 7 years and she had done 170,000 miles. TOTALLY RELIABLE.... easy start smooth idle and linear performance from idle.

No holes in pistons, No broken ring landings she just had worn rings.

Fitted a fresh 383 4 bolt mains scat forged steel crank rods and forged pistons, for more boost. (which did mean a larger crank pulley and modified crossmember to clear the larger crank pulley).

Putting a charger on a stock motor works fine. Been there did that. Fantasy racer though is claiming he has over 400 hp already and wants to bolt a charger on that with just the blower alone. That's a one way ticket to kabooom.

I agree that that kind of power out of a tp 350 is a stretch but if you really are making that kind of power and want to add another 150 the rest of your drivetrain is going to need some serious upgrading or your going to leave your tranny and rear end parts on the road somewhere. Neither the 4plus3 or the 700 auto are capable of taking that kind of a pounding and if you have an auto the rear end sure wont and it will be even worse with nitrous unless you have a progressive controller. Id be skeptical about what the guy who sold it to you claimed it put down on the dyno. Maybe that kind of power off the motor but even that's a stretch but to the rear wheels? I wont say its impossible but that must be a 10k motor with some serious compression and forged parts or it would be laying on the street too.

Please elaborate. Who threatened you? Who is acting tough? You tell us! "The new kids on the block" your pushing 456rwhp TPI na 350 you do not know what heads? and your going to bolt on a SC'r. 50 - 80% increase OR more! 644 - 864hp or more?
egregiously you are the hero. Nobody is hiding.
PS. You must have studded rotors, direct drive, liquid cam, pull pistons from the bottom of the block & crank. Valve job without removing heads. Did we miss anything?
