Check the bulbs first.

All the bulbs are working but the front right blinker is weak

Spray some contact cleaner into the bulb socket to clean it up. Check the headlight grounds as well. Typically when you have a solid indicator on the dash the bulb is burnt out or you have bad contact somewhere. Grounds are the most likely culprit followed by a bad socket if the bulb is ok.

Good luck!

Then if the above doesn't work, time to check/test the turn signal flasher which is basically the same as a relay. Could be dirty contacts, corrosion or wornout.

you have a a grounding problem from one of yuor park lights. The best way to find out what one would be to pull the bulbs one at a tim till it goes out, Sense you say R/F is weak that is where I would start
