Breathless Performance still shows their C4 "Vortex Ram Induction" intake as being available.
This system installs in place of the OEM intake and you cut a hole in the flat panel in front of the radiator/condenser where the OEM box sat. Air goes under the front fascia and up into a conical shaped air filter.
I have the C5 version on my '02, and it works well for getting lots of intake air into the supercharger. The only issue I see is that it "could" take in water if you went through a deep puddle of water.
