Have a garage kept 90 C4 that was on a 3 day trip parked in constant rain. Went to start and no digital dash and would not idle below about 2000 rpm. Drove home anyway and dash light up and it smoothed out. After sitting and now only the fuel gauge works and speed reads zero...won't idle below about 1200. Service engine light on. Any ideas?

Did you check for any codes? Idle may be the TPS A 21 will indicate a bad TPS.

Should have taken the time to figure out how to pull codes....other vehicles either are OBD2 compatible or before the code periods. Easier than I thought. Got a bunch that I need to look up. C41 H-32, 34, 36, 38 and H41

go thru the grounds and the jumper pole power source leads. They're just dirty or loose.
