Default How do I purge the air out of my 94's cooling system?

Ok I've just replaced my radiator in my 94 but now I need to purge the air out of the cooling system, how do I?

The LT1 is self-purging........ fill the surge tank, idle the engine with the cap off.........when the tstat opens, add coolant, if necessary, replace cap. Done.

bleeder screws are located on the thermostat housing and on the throttle body.

don't forget to put a towel down so the Opti doesn't get wet
