Default Charging Problem - ????

I accidently shorted out my alternator while working on my car. Had it rebuilt but now I have no power coming from the red wire at the starter to the rear of my alternator. Now what's up???? Only runs on battery. No charging.

When you shorted the alternator you blew out the fusible link that is between the battery and the alternator output. The fusible link is on the jump start bolt next to the battery and you need to replace it. You can find it by following the red wire from the alternator all the way back to the jump start bolt. Put another fusible link in.
