Default Intermittent rattle/vibration from right front end

I have a 1993 LT1 Coupe that I bought in November. I had new tires put on replaced the right front tie-rod and also got the front end aligned. Since then I had two incidents where all the sudden it felt light I had a flat on the right front tire? I would pull over, check to se if anything felt loose but all seemed fine. After continuing to drive the sound/vibration went away and the car was fine. Is it possible that both times maybe something got caught in my tread and made the tire off balance?

Any thoughts?

My sis-in-law just had the same problem with her 92 vette. She bought new tires all round, which is when the problem started. She had the wheels/tires balanced and checked 3 times before they found one of the new tires was 'out of round'.
