Do I need to Cut off the O2 sensor?
I recently gutted the cats on my 94 LT1(LT4 Hot-cammed) Coupe. The stuff inside the cat was loose and causing a not so pleasant sound. Anyways, I need to know if I need to cut the right -rear O2 sensor off? The car seems to run fine, except for a fuel-rich smell coming from the tailpipes. Also, I'm not sure how to cut the O2 sensor off. Thanks.

It's generally not a good idea to CUT anything, particularly if you have to ask about it.
Since you've gutted your cats, the car is going to smell rich, O2 or not. If you're worried about the ECU, you want to find an O2 simulator.

I didn't mean cut off as in physically remove, I meant disable. I thought I read on here that if you gut the cats, you need to disable the one O2 sensor AFTER the cat on the passenger side. Is this true? If so, how do I do it?

The correct answers to your question are this:
1) Only 94/95 OBD1 cars can have the rear passenger O2 sensor removed without any problems, idiot lights,or changes needed to the computer. The 96 OBD2 cars will require simulators or will need to be tuned out of the computer to avoid idiot lights.
You can either leave the O2 sensor in or remove it and plug the hole. Your call. You could also use it as a spare should 1 of the front O2's fail.
2) Our cars are normally a little on the rich side from the factory as most cars are for engine safety and will smell even more so with the cats gutted especially in open loop at start-up. A tune will be required to improve the AFR and get the most possible performance and efficiency out of the engine. I would personally want to re-tune any performance car from the factory after break-in even if left in stock form.
