I'm not sure I follow your question but all the indicators light up and display their maximums when you turn on the ignition. This is the normal start-up sequence/test. When the engine starts the gauges settle down to values based on the sensors they monitor (RPM, MPH, temperatures, pressures, etc.). Is this the behavior you are seeing?

I don't quite understand the problem either, but there is a ground wire under the driver's side cylinder head near the firewall.

I'd check that ground lead.

here are some pictures of my dash. with the motor running. the dash is frozen. also notes the areas where there is no led. i know for sure all the marks are working. because if I turn of the car and start again. tha area will led again, and some other area will be off.

you can see what I mean by comparing all the photos of the fuel indicator

In this photo all the fuel indicator led are on

this next one is dificult to see but I have some led off on the fuel indicator

The sections of the LCD that are out are caused by a bad connection between the PC board and the LCD. There are several pink rubber type conductors that connect them together. Here is some information about repairing the dash:

I know about the pink rubber type. I asembly the dash totaly my self.
since when i got the dash from ebay the case dont fit my year model. i had to trasplant all the electronic to my old dash case.

I dont think the pink rubber type is the issue here. since every time I turn the car on and off a diferent section light up and other turn off.

like i say before take a look of the fuel indicator. in one photo everything is ok the other I have some parts off.

Your issue is that you knocked off the ground from the heads when you did your injectors. The fact that you cannot find the ground and only a hole is the issue. The ground is a braided flat wire......

Ouch I feel your pain

I'm still leaning toward the missing ground wire as a source of your digital dash problem ...
