Curious to see what the muffler consists of inside, baffles or perforated tubes.
If you have and couuld post it or email to me, it would be much apprciated. Aside from sound enhancement, I am curius how far the factory exhaust will go before it is a restiction.
Thanks.

I was looking into this before. The only image I could find was an l98 muffler.
Although, if you look into the exhaust tip of the LT1 muffler, there is only a 1/2" gap between the pipe and the back wall.
This view shows the L98 muffler has at least a 2" gap.
My guess is the two mufflers are simillar, except the inlet on the l98 muffler is closer to the front wall and outlet on the LT1 muffler is closer to the rear wall.

dude....you must be bored
Want a quiet, really quiet muffler.
Ultraflows are a huge improvement and sound amazing (welded ones) but still cant buzz it witout eveyone and their brother hearing. One piece that would work has been discontinued.

I saw the insides in some pics here, they support way more hp, I had both on my built engine, the LT's flowed; albeit not enough, twice or more than the L98 muffs

Just to clear things up. I just looked in an LT1 muffler.
The inlet pipe is straight all the way to the rear wall and the outlet pipe is straight all the way to the front wall. Both pipes leave only a 1/2" gap between the opening of the pipe and the wall for exhaust to flow through.
