Default Any aftermarket programmers better than Hypertech?

I've had my '95 for about 5 years now. Not long after I got it I bought a Hypertech programmer off eBay since it was a good deal on it compared to a new one. I know going to get a custom tune at a shop somewhere is the best a person can do, but as far as aftermarket 'buy & use' programmers and chips, is Hypertech the best as far as extracting added power or is there a better one out there? Just curious, I'd like to get a custom tune but figured this could be an interesting little discussion.

Not sure there are any other options without going to custom programming

Hypertech gets good reviews for stock(ish ) setups

Hypertech is 'extracting added power' of about 0 HP. Roughly the same as anything else of it's ilk.
