Rear end bounce

Rear end bounce
New member..great site. I just purchased a 19993 C4. Going through it and fixing any flaws. Rear had a bounce to it when going over dips. I replaced the rear shocks with KYB's. It improved but it is still a little bouncey. I can push on the back of the car with my hand and get a slight bounce.Front end has Bilsteins no bounce at all. Should I check the rear leaf spring for wear or go to a better shock? Thanks

I also put new KYB on and have the same results as you. The car drives very nice but I think the Bilsteins are the way to go.
Right now I just use the car on the weekends for a cruise so the KYB are fine for that especially when the road gets crappy.
I will eventually replace with the Bilstein.

Four same shocks always!
Would you even consider having two different brands of tires front/rear?!!
How old/miles are the front shocks?! If your not sure replace them as well.

Shocks
You guys are correct. Tried to get out cheap..mistake. I had the rear suspension checked all okay. Going with Bilsteins all around.
Thanks for the input
