Default 86 stalls and won't restart till cold

just put new fuel filters and checked fuel pump for pressure and changed relay,runs fine after about 2 miles stalls and won't start? any ideas?

Could be a faulty Ignition Control Module. I had a similar problem with my '89. I replaced the fuel filter, the battery and had the fuel system cleaned out. None of that worked until I replaced the I.C.M.

does that mean that you pulled the pump and changed the tank screen/filter?

yes changed the tank filter

Did you ck the fuel pressure when its acting up? Sometimes fuel pumps work fine until they get hot.

changing the pump tonight,we changed the i.c.m still doing the same,hoping it has to be the pump?

I hope so too but just changing the pump is throwing parts at it not diagnosis.GL
