I am trying to figure out why the driver side foot well light does not work on my 96. The passenger side works and i think they are on the same fuse. I changed the bulb. I am not too handy with a multi meter so what should I be looking for? 12 volts at the plug. Its not a huge deal but while I have the pad off I would like to get it to work. any help would be appreciated. Thanks
