Radiator Cleanout Time
I just remove the radiator last night and MAN!! what a mess. Took out a bunch of debris and rocks. Enough to fill a 2 lb. coffee can. I am in the process of straightening the fins (1-1/2 hours for half of 1 side so far). Sure hope all this effort makes a difference!!! :yesnod:

Re: Radiator Cleanout Time (Camvette)
I cleaned mine last night as well! I drove from Florida to Birmingham Al and realized my oil temp was 255 and coolant varied from 220-230. As soon as I got to my dads shop I pulled the radiator and cleaned everything coolant temps dropped from 230 to 190 varied upto 205 when I was in traffic. I tooked pics just have to get them developed. Have fun mine wasnt too bad of a PITA. :jester

Re: Radiator Cleanout Time (Camvette)
I cleaned mine out a while back, and the temp now averages around 200-210 in heavy traffic, 170-180 on the highway, and I live in a very hot climate. You will be amazed at the results when you are done. Can you believe how much crap accumulates in there??? :smash:
