Default TCI 6X Trans into an '86?

How do I shoehorn this into my 86? Does anyone know of someone who has done it?

Thanks.

Now this I would like to see done!!
Even if you had to cut the tunnel and mod the mount it would be worth it.

Ya it's probably a bit of a pig. It's in the same housing as a 4L80E. Does anyone know if this fits?

Thanks, Pete. I figured you'd know... was hoping you'd see the thread.

I'd expect the gear ratios would have alittle wider spread. It's really a close ratio 6spd auto, probably good for aceeleration but less overdrive for high speed cruising then a th700r4. For that money you'd expect to have a .50 overdrive ratio.
