Default Difference in fuel pumps? 84-85

Well I have a 1984 and I got a fuel pump from a friend for a 1985. It is a Bosch high performance fuel pump. I looked online everywhere and this pumps shows up the same as a replacement in both a 1984 corvette and a 1985.
It is exactly the same and the part numbers even match for both years.
What is the difference? Some people are saying it is the PSI? But it is the same pump for both years? I know the 84 has about 13 psi for the pump. And the 85 is higher.
So what would happen if I installed it? It looks the same for both the 84 and the 85 as far as i can see.

85 has TPI which runs at 45psi
Online listings are not always correct
if you look at the Rockauto listings, the Bosch pump is the only one with same part #. All other makes have a different # between the years
