1984 Corvette Cooling fans won't turn off
I have a 1984 Corvette. Recently, I replaced the faulty fuel pump relay to fix a no-start problem. That fixed that problem. Now, the cooling fan will not stop running, even at a cold start or when key is removed from ignition. If I remove the relay, the fan stops. Any thoughts on what to check next?
Thanks,
C.J.

Yes, old relay, no start, cooling fans came on once car started, but turned off after key taken out of ignition (like it is supposed to).
New relay, car starts, and fans run even after keys taken out, they would run forever if I didn't unhook relay.
It seems I fixed the no start, but now have a cooling fan staying on problem. I guess you can call that progress.
