SES light only with AC on
Whenever I run the AC after a bit I get the SES?? If I dont use the AC no problems. Any ideas why? No drivability issues and everything seems fine.
The compressor is pretty noisy and it seems to sap alot of engine power if that means anything?? AC works good though.
Thanks guys

which terminals do I put the jumper wire in to get the code to flash. I did this last year with the same question and a 32 comes to mind but not positive. Its been a while since I used the car so I dont remember for sure how to get the code again, been spending all my time working on a Buick Grand National.
Thanks guys!
Thanks guys!

A & B - assuming a 32, the vibration may be grounding the EGR temp switch at sometime other than cruise (non EGR) or at cruise - when EGR is commanded, the ciruit is opening. Check the temp switch wiring. It might also be grounding the EGR solenoid at the wrong time which could cause a driveability issue; but if that's not it, resolving the Code may not make the a/c problem - noise/excessive loading - go away.

As for interpreting the codes, peep this link...
