ok i got it to work I'm using a 30amp relay with a 30 amp in-line fuse also a fused link wire tire to the switch it's working now thanks for the schematic I got it figured out now

Sounds like you need a new motor. On load shouldn't cause a +20 spike. If the load is as high as you're seeing, I'd expect battery/alternator problems next - if the stock wiring doesn't melt first or set it on fire.
