Default opti rotor issue

I'm working an a 95 LT1 and am having issues with the opti saprk. With the stock opti the car quit running. Turned out that the rotor had broken and come apart. Replaced opti with MSD unit and was racing and car quit again. Pulled cap and rotor attaching screws had come out and rotor fell off. Screws were checked for tightness before installation.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I'd be letting MSD know that I was unhappy with their product. Then I'd apply some threadlocker to those screws.

Live well,

But be careful, not to use to much glue.

Geez, I thought MSD took care of that problem. Check w/MSD, they were replacing those that failed, because of screws backing out.
