Need alot more info than just cubes and turbo size... need to know heads/compression/intake setup, turbo hotside setup, goals for power/rpm, transmission/gearing etc etc.

Custom grind is gonna be needed. SOlid roller or hydraulic roller? probably something with a single pattern on a 112 lsa would work well for most.

I have a 401" sbc with twin 60mm units and I have a 233/233 112 lsa .564" lift all around Mike JOnes custom hydraulic roller. Makes decent power and rpm, perfect for my street car. Runs high 9's at 140+

EDIT: seen your other thread. Nasty combo you have. Probably want a solid roller with 260 or so deg duration at .050. I'll leave that up to cam grinders, i dont know what a 18 deg head would want in a blow thru carb setup
