Default Need some suggestions...

Hey guys, I have a 84 Crossfire. Recently my car started overheating and realized that the fan wasnt cutting on.. So I immediatley changed the relay on the firewall next to the battery.. Needless to say, still dosn't work. My question is what else could it be and if need be, should I get a replacement OEM fan or what do you think would be the most logical idea? Thanks in advance

Not sure on 84, but my 86 has a fan fuse. Also, there should be a fusible link between battery and fan relay .

Check the fuse. Then disconnect the fan connector and apply 12 volts to the red terminal and ground to the black. If the fan works, then get a voltmeter and start checking backwards starting at the relay.
