Default 92 Vert DAB relay cycling?

I just finished replacing my CDM and head unit of my OEM Bose system. When I reconnected the battery to test the radio, which works fine, I noticed a cycling of the DAB relay after I turned the radio off to complete the installation. It clicks about 2 times per second. Any ideas what's going on? Thanks

See 8A-15 for DAB diagnostics. No idea what's going on but it's pretty well explained!

Does DAB function at all?

I haven't had a chance to fully trouble shoot it. But when I get everything together I'll see if it works as designed. I read the FSM description and trouble shooting guide so I'll have to go out and follow it.
