Default Need Help. Rear bearing/hub stuck on spindle

I am looking for help separating the rear bearing/hub from the spindle. I have already removed the T55 torx bolts and the 36mm spindle nut and washer. The FSM shows that this thing should come apart after this. The knuckle assembly is sitting on my bench. I have tried a hub puller on it. I have also tried hammering on it with a block of wood. I have soaked it in PB for a day with no help. My next step is heat. I do not own a torch and will probably take it to a suspension shop. I am hoping someone on here has some experience with this. The car is an 87 auto. Thanks ahead of time.

Apply heat and PB at the same time--It will pop off after that

I did mine with it still on the car, and I just hit it really hard. You may just not have enough leverage with it sitting on the bench.

Thanks for the replies. I was hoping I did not miss a step somewhere. It seemed pretty straight forward. I do not own a torch and will probably take into a local shop. Thanks again,

John

You can get a benzomatic propane torch pretty cheap. I bought a kit at one of the big-box home improvement stores for something like 20-30 bucks. It did wonders for removing a broken exhaust manifold stud...that and PB. And hell, who doesn't like playing with a torch?
