My 86 c4 key refuses to turn forward, It will turn back for accs. but whatever I do, I can not turn the key to the on poss. I have done the basics, turn wheel, tilt etc. even moved the reverse safty lock cable thing back and forth... One thing unusual I noticed is that the stearing wheel does not lock? even with the the key off. I don't know if this is something new or not, I just bought the car. It is a manual 4+3 trans, sorry....
