Melting Slicks
You don't need a 101mm turbo to get your hp goal. You gonna need at least a aftermarket cylinder heads with ARP head studs. There are plentiful out there with decent price and they flows a lot better than the junk L98 heads. The TPI intake manifold is not gonna cut it also. To have a L98 motor/intake flatform and wanting that much hp you will have to need a lot more than what you are listing here. Good luck man.

To make that kinda of power you are going to need to work over the entire engine. The crank and rods MIGHT be able to take the boost if you can control the boost and make it progressive but you will need forged EVERYTHING.
Also you will have to look into a high flow intake. Probably custom. Not sure if any of the ones available can flow the numbers needed. AFR produces some pretty radical heads for our engines and to produce that power you'll need them.
Also Bruce is right; a 101 is much larger than you need. Too be honest the piping would suck but running two GT35R's would get you to what you want and boost would come sooner.
Either way, if you don't know exactly what you are doing. Get ready to spend ALOT of money on your mistakes.
BUT... if you must go for a single turbo. Look at the Garrett GT45 with a 87mm
