Anti-Lock Brake Problem
The other day, my anti-lock light came on and I have no idea why. The brakes feel fine. Anyone have this happen or know anything about it? Its a stock 87 with the 4+3.

Could be one of the following: abs computer, wheel sensor, abs relays, wiring problem, low fluid, etc. ABS parts are fun to track down. IF you can find an old tech with an ABS diagnostic tool - you're golden. Helms manual and or supplemental ABS troubleshooter guide will help

Anti Lock Brake
My left rear wheel sensor was damaged when the rear wheel bearing went bad. I replaced the sensor and the system was back up. My sensor had worn through on the end. It was obvious when I compared it to a good sensor.

ack, dealers want coin. the break out boxes you need to test the pre 1990 abs systems are on ebay for $50-100 frequently. one of many reasons can cause this to come on. sensors and failed ebcms are the most common reasons. if you have a dead abs pump do let me know as i have a working spare in my garage.
