What type of cam are you running with your heads? I have looked at your sig before and seen a video of your car i believe and let me tell you i would do anything for my vette to sound like that

Have you had any track experience with the c4? Im curious to what yours and other 400whp (or close to) c4's run? 12's? high 11's?

The only time I've had my car to the track with its current combination, the times were very traction limited. But, I got 4 runs in the 12.40 range, and every run was 119+ mph. With a good set of sticky tires I should be solidly in the 11's.

But, i have not found much information from corvette customers about power numbers on their applications. Thats what im looking for. and you are my man Any plans to get a tune or dyno? Keep us updated on what your results are.
I already have the initial tune performed by PCM4Less. After I get it all back together my plan is to take to Tony's Corvettes in Gaithersburg, MD for a final Dyno Tune. I certainly will let you all know how it goes. It probably won't be for a while as I do this work in my spare time. Which these days has been very limited, as I just moved into a new home in April.

I went with AI more than once, my 190s were great the 200s are a little better than great so I guess that makes them AWESOME. The great thing about AI is quality. LPE is probably the same QUALITY. IMO there are no bargains when it comes to quality performance parts, IE Quality costs Money.

I have the AI 200s on my daily driver with an AI cam a bit more radical than Bob's, but Ron/Phil have everything optimised to work together. So with an Ed Wright tune my little 355 has mellow enough street manners that my 17 year old takes it out at night, but it has enough ***** to shred the tires from a roll,
....and it gets me to work every day with the AC kicking in the Summer, heat in the winter, and has been on a couple of multistate road trips.

Mike

I forget to mention Brian Ebert, he built an outstanding shortblock that handles my juvenile antics with aplomb.

Very nice numbers but i would like to stay away from the bottle. Although it would be awesome, im just not a nitrous kind of guy.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to say it

Check out Advanced Induction, I used their LT1 200 setup with long tubes and stock intake and TB turned 360 at 5800 and 391 at 6250. The Engine was still making HP and the torque line was still flat, just did not want to run a stock bottom end past 6250.

With a 2800 stall TC and a shift kit it will light em up at will. Still get 23 MPG on the highway but stop and go is down to about 15.

Ron and Phil at AI are great to work with and don't mind the string of questions either. you can tell them what results you want and they will get you there.

Keep in mind you will need a good tune.

Looks like they make some great packages at an affordable price. This about the price range that i am looking for. Great info!

What about forced induction? I know building a twin turbo for your car wouldn't be too daunting, also I have seen that pro charger makes a complete system. The pro charger, an exhaust with headers should get you pretty darn close.

Yep, Brian Ebert is Mike's brother; everytime I visit Brian's shop I drool over highly modified LT5s in various stages of completion.

If I had the money I'd buy a ZR1 just to him build me another engine!

I didn't know you switched heads, why? How much power are you putting down now?
