Default I just built a BEAST last night!!

As many of you know I have helped a friend rebuild his LT1 camaro and turn it into a 396, just a few mods. Anyway, as some of you may also know the Camaro rear end is about as strong as a wet paper bag, it lasted all of 12 hours behind his new motor.

Well last night we finished installing his new rear end. It's a Moser 12 bolt with 4:10 gears. All I can say is DAAAYMMMN, he's gonna be deep in the 11's easy. I know this thing is making over 400 rwhp and who knows how much torque. Just check out the list of mods:

Looks good. Did he try the 30# injectors first? Still with the 24# injectors on my 396 for now.

No, he just got a real good deal on the 36's so he bought them. It didn't cost any extra to have Ed Program the computer for it. He's also got it set up for a Dry nitrous kit, so the 36's will help that. He's gonna put an in-line fuel pump to help that out as well.

He also got a real good deal on that NOS throttle body that's set up for Nitrous. That's gonna be awesome, problem is he doesn't have the money for the rest of the system yet.

Probably about time for you to step up! I bet you pick up a little in that setup with the 30# injectors! :)
