Remove the top, the front mounts (female) receptors are adjustable. Don't remember if I had to remove the trim.
Agreed. The top has removable/adjustable mounting brackets. The screws go through the car frame and into these brackets. remove the upper windshield trim and there are holes in the windshield frame that allow you to adjust the brackets with the top on the car. Make sure the car is level since chassis flex will screw up the top alignment and positioning.
If none of the above works either Ekler's or Corvette America sells a kit that is suppose to stop the top from rattling. It looks like pieces of rubber in the catalog. WW

It is pieces of felt. I went to fabric store and bought stick on felt strips. The padding stopped my rattles.
