Default Does the rear end fluid need changing?

Going through my maintenance book, in preparation for my car's 90,000 mile maintenance visit to the shop, I have come up with questions about if I need service on a couple items:

Does the 6-speed trans fluid need to be changed?

Does the rear-end fluid need to be changed?

Are the wheel bearings the sealed-type or do they need to be repacked?

How difficult is it to lubricate the 6-speed shift linkage at home, using jack stands to get under the car?

Once again, I appreciate your help! :) :)

I have not seen anything from GM on the rear end. I was told that Dana says to change fluid at 30k for severe use and 75k for regular use. Add limited-slip and use GL-5 rated oil. They say 75w-140 is preferred and 75w-90 can be used.

I do the ZF every year. I use GM 1052931.
I do the diff about every 25K with synthetic and no additive.
Never done the linkage, good question.
Wheel bearings are sealed and replaced when they go bad.

Also good time to flush PS fluid and brake fluid if not done regularly. Brake fluid is only good for about 2 years tops, I flush at least once a year.

Anti-freeze is good for two years, that's about the schedule I use.
