The stamped numbers on cam matches a ZZ4 cam I recently installed for a friend. The springs you'll have to install and check spring pressure and height to know if they're correct. and the pistons are 30 over and the rings will have to be checked for end gap. I am at a lost for what your questions/concerns are? Looks to me like if you want a ZZ4 cam and a 30 over bore your there. Did you buy these from a distributor or off line, and if so where did you buy them from. Personally, the paint would mean nothing to me

i came up with this data :
599911CWR-030 5999113080308 GENERAL MOTORS 5.7L (350 CID) OHV V8 w/ rings installed (2M139) CLEARANCE: 0.0018" @ 0.709" from bottom of the skirt .030 4.0300" 8
How can i calculate compression ratio with my 58cc heads ?
thanx a lot

The springs you have appear to be the old style "Z-28" spring. There are several versions made by several companies for limited class race cars. Here is a link to the most popular one made by Pioneer. 110lbs@1.700 and will stand .550lift. The other brands vary a little but are all pretty close.

You need to put your springs on a spring tester and check them against the specs I gave you in the link.
There are is also a stronger version that will stand over .600lift and has about 140lbs@1.850.
Any of these will run the ZZ4 cam fine.
If your springs check like 45-60lbs@1.750 then you have just stock replacement springs and they will need to be returned.
