Default UPDATE! Parts not really available, but fixed. Hood Latch Bolt assembly part number?

My 93's hood keep popping up on the passenger side. I have adjusted everything in the assembly and latch section per FSM. I even put a cable in there and adjusted it all the way out, to make it tight, and I use the cable to pull the latch.
If anyone has ever dealt with this assembly and know the part numbers/pricing etc, I would appreciate the help.

Well as I was driving down the highway and hit a few bumps I noticed the right side, which I have been having problems with, bounces up and down when I hit bumps. But it is adjusted so I cant move it down at all or pull up when I actually use my body weight to push the hood down.
So, could it be as simple as the springs are bad. I do open and shut this hood allot!

I had a similiar problem. The main hood pin was worn on one side causing it not to stay latched. Replaced the main hood pin and all is all well.

Are you talking about the pin that is inside the spring? I looked at mine and it isnt exactly flat.

I couldnt find parts to replace my hood pins etc as they are discontinued. So, A felllow forum member Jared, hooked me up with his OLD ones
Well you can see his OLD ones were in tip top shape compared to mine.
I will reuse my spring as it is the fat one. But look at the pin and you can see how mine was chewed up and not grabbing the latch. I hope this fixes it from popping up.
