Default C4 LS1 swap headers- Now Available

Hey guys- As some of you know Corvette Fever is running a series of articles covering the "Cforce" project http://www.corvettefever.com/project...car/index.html being performed by Speedhound Performance out of Social Circle, GA. Melrose http://www.melroseheaders.com was asked to provide a "Smoothflow" long tube LSx swap header for the project which we eagerly agreed to participate in and provide. These headers are now available but may be on short backorder due to demand. Headers are similar to the rest of the Melrose "Smoothflow" line having; 1 3/4" primaries, CNC cut 3/8" flanges, 3" collector, and ceramic coated inside and out (not coated in picture). Retail customers should call Speedhound Performance at 770-464-0257 regarding pricing and install questions. A mid section Random Technology exhuast with hi-flo cats and x-pipe should also be available soon as a package deal.

Thank you,
Chris Wiehle

Well, I am glad to see some specialty parts starting to pop up for this conversion. I for one was happy to see CF take on this project and hope it is going well. I'm guessing with the release of these headers it's not going to poorly. I've also noticed a few more people have popped up saying they are doing this conversion. I love it! Thinking outside the box is great.

Just put these into the car last night to get the engine fired up. They fit exactly like they should have. The engine was completely together including accessories. Only thing you have to do is raise the back of the engine a little to get the driver's side in. No big deal there. Thanks Melrose.

I hate it when the price is a mystery! And no, I really don't want to have to call just to find out the price... Eh, maybe I'm just in a bad mood.

I saved you a step and called Melrose,
550 for uncoated
750 for coated.

Much as I want them, I have to wait.

Give speed hounds an email for his prices.
thanks
Rich
