The only difference I see is one has the AIR fittings and one doesn't. Both are painted and not coated. Spend a few more $ and get the Elites, they have thicker tubes and flanges and they are thermally coated.

I installed the Elites and the only issue I had was, I needed to move a wire bundle to the other side of fuel lines to keep it from contacting header. The ball and socket collector adapter is very nice. Allows for minor misalignment of Y pipe and requires no gaskets.

there is some dingus on ebay that does it cheaper. i don't know about durability.
i just looked on summit and the elite prices have changed since i got my plexectomy. they used to be cheaper.
