Default Plugging tranmission shifting selenoid(sp)

I know this was discussed before, but I cannot find it in a search. Is it possible to remove the 2-3 upshift selenoid from the tranmission and plug it? If so, what size plug do I need?

TIA

I am curious as to why you would want to convert a 4 speed automatic
to a 2 speed automatic?

No, no. I'm talking about the manual zf6. I'm having trouble getting all the air out of my clutch system. It would be a lot easier to deal with the slave cylinder if I wasn't bumping up against the 2-3 shifting selenoid which is plugged anyway.

No one remember the discussion of this before. Its been awhile since I've been on; so the discussion was awhile back. Any insight Pete? I see you are the trans man. I busted my selenoid up trying to bleed the slave; so its either buy another one or remove the defective one and plug the hole.

FYI. I contacted ZFDOCS about this and he said it was ok and wouldn't cause any problems. He also sold me the plug. The selenoid was such a pain when missing around with the slave cylinder. I removed, plugged it, and all has been fine. It didn't even activate the dummy light.
