a floor jack.
Get the car up in the air, remove the tires, then support the spring and release the retaining bolt on that side. Lower the jack will untension the spring. Very simple. Reverse for installation.

I can't tell by your thread title and then post what you are really trying to do. Are you trying to lower the car, or just remove the springs for replacement? I would not drive around with the springs just disconnected from the suspension. You need to install longer bolts to lower the car properly in the rear.

You know that you can't drive around with the rear spring disconnected. The tires will contact the bodywork and cause all kinds of damage.
