PB Blaster is the deal!
I bought some of this last year to supplement my stock of Liquid Wrench. I never really had an opportunity to give it the acid test until I did some parts removal on an original 92K mile '49 Ford the last few days. Everything I've used it on has come loose except for one manifold stud for the downpipe which did require a bit of heat. I soaked the intake and exhaust studs overnight a couple of times and when it was time to remove them, no problem. I hope the mods will recognize that I'm passing on info for a productive tool for anyone who has to take apart things that have been together for a long time. The fact that I just happened to really be impressed by it occured while working on an ancient Ford, notwithstanding. This car is really cool by the way. All original, unmolested and runs damn good. I'm just making it run better!

It's my spray of choice when it comes to removing stubborn fasteners. It smells like some kind of bug spray though.

Just bought my first can 2 days ago! After listening to my friend talk about it for years. It will replace the Liq. Wren, Pzl Penetrating, etc.
One note: my friend said he's soaked stuff with that not just overnite, but for as long as a couple days. Don't know if that would've worked in your case, Chris, but maybe next time?

I've been using PB blaster for a while now. My friend was taking apart his truck and I noticed him using it, said it worked really good. I use it for all kinds of stuff besides loosening bolts. Its good at lubing up stuff and preventing rust, like WD-40.

i use it on the tough stuff, but it's too expensive to drown things in.
a while ago, i bought a gallon can of wd40 from harbor freight for around ten bucks and squirt it with an old time squeeze pump bought for a couple more. i drown regular jobs with the with the wd and use the pb for the hard stuff. i calls it love juice.
