Exhaustsystem question

Exhaustsystem question
I've decided to make my own exhaustsystem from the headers back to the silencers.
Should a go with 2.5" the whole way or maybe even 3"?
Which size would be best for my car that's the question i'd like to have an answer on
I'm planning on land at around 350hp

What you want is to gradually lower the diameter as the exhaust goes backwards. If its 3" at the collectors then get it down to 2.5" at the back.

I've done this on 4 different cars. Find yourself an LT1 or ZR1 cat back exhaust. You'll need to get the exhaust hangers and the bolts that hang them first, especially the rear hangers as they take special bolts and nuts. The exhaust bolts on, you just need to adapt the front connection. You'll lost the front cats, I welded in two bullet cats in place of the LT1 resonator. I used two CATCO bullet cats, Part #6906R, which will fit. OK, enough of what I've done. All I can say is, it works.
