Where can I buy new fuel lines for my '88? I need the passenger side one that screws into the fuel rail. Any help?

I'd try a dealer.

Forward fuel lines have been discontinued (at least on my 90), you will most likely have to make them. Accel makes a kit to plumb into the saginaw fittings on the end of the fuel rail.

www.mrgasket.com

Then click on the DFI links from there. They have a complete catalog that you can download of all the DFI products.

I'm not sure about that kit. As I havent used it( I couldnt even find it on the site).
You can use brake line tubing. That is what I did. Just make sure you get a good bender. I have a RIGID #456. You can get it at Home Depot. I used the brake line from AutoZone & custom bent it & sprayed it with rust-o-leum<sp? & ofcourse double flaired the ends. Pressurized it up & have no problems.
I only replaced what needed to be replaced which is about 15 ft of line. It cost a total of about $50, IIRC.

Not quite clear on what you need to replace, do you need to replace all the forward fuel line i.e both send and return, or what? If you need to plumb into the fuel rails I have info HERE The Accel kit that will do this is part no 74730 which is listed on pg 29 of the DFI catalog Tj directed you to. There are individual fittings also listed on pg 34. I also saw some hardline fittings already made up there. If you need to replace the whole line, then look into -6AN braided hose and fittings.

One other way you might go is to buy the line from someone parting out one of these cars. I was able to pick up the complete fuel lines(including return) from the filter to the fuel rail in excellent condition for under $50.

I was referred to a company through another member here, I am going to pull mine and send em in for repair/replacement whichever is more feasible. The price seems very reasonable, after I get them back and can see their work I will pass on their info. Dont want to refer until I am satisfied, then I know others will be.
Are there any supporting vendors that specilize in hydraulic lines?

I got some from ebay and the lines were crap, looked like they had been sitting in the mud!

I understand that it is a crapshoot, mine came from "corvettesalvageyard" and were mint. They were also shipped in a long package to keep them in good condition.

The passenger side fuel line that attatches to the fuel rail is the one i need. The nut is stripped and won't screw back into the rail. I've tried using a file and that didnt do anything either, so are all the above parts necessary for what i need in order to replace it? I'm sure someone has had this similar problem before.

You got a link or something for them? I may need it if my lines disappear in shipping!

I believe there is a junction right at the fuel filter. About 95% positive.
