Default Need some help with Code 32

I have a '90 L98 6-speed that threw a Code 32 the other day. I replaced the EGR valve yesterday and it threw the code 32 again today. Am I missing something here? The vacuum lines appear to be ok. I was thinking it may be the solenoid. Does the 1990 have a EGR switch? Is the MAP sensor related to the EGR circuit? It has been idling really weird after I drive it for a while. Several times it has suddenly died and then not started again until I let it sit for 15-20 minutes. It just cranks and cranks but starts up and runs fine after about 20 minutes. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I don't want to keep buying parts if I don't need to. Thanks for the help.

yes, there is an EGR switch, it's attached to the t-stat housing bolt.
