Default What is your idle, closed loop spark advance, on an L98? and various other scan questions

Just started scanning. I've got about 20* at idle closed loop.

It also seemed like my car went into closed loop a little early. Coolant temp was 130*, but the car had been idling for ~5 minutes.

There are soo many parameters to observe, and I'm not sure if all of mine are within spec. Is there anyplace I can look to see what the specs are for different parameters?

my 91 will idle with about 20 deg of timing - good for efi cars

closed loop timer is about 180 seconds...its the O2 sensor that needs to hot not your engine

I've got 22 degrees at the PROM's reprogrammed idle speed of 850 RPMS.
