ok so my ECU is physically damaged, Could that be the problem? I mean.. someone shut the hood on a object that was sitting on the ECU and it has a dent in it. But I figured if something broke or came loss, it wouldn't run right at all.

Other things I have observed on the car. It has rebuilt cylinder heads, and a new Opti harness. how ever its hard to tell if the opti its self got replaced or not, its dirty in some of the visible places.

Also, the BLMs are better, but what about the BPW?

Using Microsoft Excel to view datalog info.

Ok , I just noticed that in both Datalogs you have a DTC 16 Error( Low Res Crank Sensor) This is Optispark related trouble.
Check the 4 wire connector on the passenger side of the intake manifold that runs down into the top of the opti and see if there is any corrosion there

Crank sensor? I thought the crank sensor was added in 96? I know iv had timing covers without the crank sensor. I will check the 4 wire connector that goes the the opti though.

I'm starting to wonder if perhaps you have an exhaust leak on the right side??
There is no knock retard which is a good sign. However , I'm not sure what this means but it shows Injector Driver 1 and Injector Driver 2 Errors.Could this mean that your ECM is intermittent??
I don't do tunerpro, but if the blm's are running this high it is lean, and not rich. Blm's above 128 is lean, and below is rich.

Parts of your analysis are faulty. Here's why (this is the BLM table from my car, which is a MAF car, but the rationale remains the same. MAP cars have MAP on the side instead of air flow):

Code:
; Block Learn Multiplier cell matrix at L001C:
;
; 700 1200 2000
; RPM RPM RPM
; | | |
; ---------------------
; | 0 | 1 | 2 | 3 |
; ---------------------- 12 gm/sec
; | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 |
; ---------------------- 22 gm/sec
; | 8 | 9 | 10 | 11 |
; ---------------------- 34 gm/sec
; | 12 | 13 | 14 | 15 |
; ---------------------
The only way you can get into cell 3 is if you're coasting (low air flow, high RPM). I don't consider this cell to be important because you will only be in it for a very short time.

Your cell 10 analysis is valid.

Cell 15 is NOT WOT. It is just another cell and happens to have high RPM and high air flow. 160 is definitely worrisome because the ECM limits BLMs to a maximum of 160. It might be VERY high, but there is no way to know.

In WOT the ECM goes open loop and IGNORES the BLMs, so the places to be looking are AE (Acceleration Enrichment) and PE (Power Enrichment).

you need to find out why you are showing " Injector Driver 1 and Injector Driver 2 Errors " , I'm not experienced as to what these errors indicate or what causes them...perhaps some else on this form may elaborate. (could it be an intermittent ECM??)

First I chose playback datamaster file. Then chose view / histogram before pressing start. Once the files complete you can click on the cells in the histogram and get blm averages.

What I saw?
You're pulling a code 16, and you're not rich. Once it went closed loop the blm counts stayed well within reason, and not rich. Watching the o2 in open loop confirms this. Doesn't mean you may not have bad injectors, but recorded operation is acceptable besides the code 16.

I don't know much about the opti. Many others here know more than I.
