Autoxray ezscan 3000 bad flash
I have an AUTO XRAY EZSCAN 3000 and I tried to update the firmware/software from the file on the website. As soon as I rebooted the scanner it would not configure. It says APPLICATION NOT AVAILABLE , CALL AUTOXRAY FOR UPGRADE. I called them, they said they would offer no support for this product as it is "old". Basically, I tried to improve the tool by using their "updated' software as ruined my scanner. Can anyone help? I have attempted re-flash, no help. Gracious thanks.
