Default Running lean at idle in open loop

Hi guys, 1985 Corvette with Mini Ram, Long Tube headers Flat Tappet version of ZZ409 cam, cat delete, and a lot of other things but those are the main ones. Anyway, the car runs super lean at idle in open loop, like around 20:1 AFR on my gauge. If I hold the throttle down at any RPM above 1000, it tries to be around 14.7:1. So I assume that this problem is in the tune? How do I richen it up in open loop at idle? When it's in closed loop it's fine. Thanks.

I'm not familiar with the '85 Prom programming as I'm exposed to tuning my '93 Vette. But there has to be a way to modify the open loop cold start enrichment in the prom. Also try posting your question on these other forums, they seem to have a wealth of info there as well:
