How long should it take to dyno tune my motor

About how long should it take to dyno shop to dyno tune a MAP Super ram motor with a 212-218 cam and full bolt ons? I need it to pass emmissions so i can get it registered again. Could they get the tune good enough to pass with no EGR and just runnin 2 cats? I know its a small cam and have herd they can pass without egr. its just the sniffer test!
