Default New injectors, how to tune?

Ok, I got my new 32lbs/h injectors for my -96 LT4. I also have Jet DST tuner. Installing new injectors to motor is piece of cake to me but I have never tuned a car with Jet DST or any other tuner.

So how hard is it? Is there some chart that says that I now have 28lbs/h injectors and I just type 32 there? Any tutorials?

Thanks,
Zoui

It is difficult to tune unless you understand how an engine works and what each change actually does for the tune. Go through each area of the stock tune slowly until you understand what the changes do. Start with the switches, then move on to constants and then finally the tables. The injector size is listed under constants and it is easily changed by typing in a new number or slidding the bar graph. Are you sure the LT4 injectors ar 32 LB's I thought they were 26 LB injectors.

PS. Some of the constants can limit the tables so take your time to really understand what each change does.

For what its worth, I just put SVO #30 injectors in my car, along with a custom tune; however, in order for the ECM to recognize the new injector I had to pull the ECM fuse and leave it out for 10-15 seconds and then reinstall it. The car responded beautifully.

If I were you, I would have someone tune your ECM so that it will run
efficiently with what ever changes or mods you've installed.

PM me, and I'll explain how I did it. Best of luck.
