Default LT1 ODB1 - No Spark: Any LI NY Mechanic recommendations?

After many house projects (never will be done hehe) and a big wedding last October done and paid for, it's time to get my project running.

It's a 70 coupe restomod with a rebuilt camaro LT1. The motor was convertd to ODB1 and uses a painless harness. My sign has a cardomain link 4 pages long if you care to take a look.

Here's the deal:

*It has fuel pressure in the rails (have an FP guage on the rail regulator)

*The harness light as per painless is on constant during startup indicating correct power and ground connections, and there is voltage at the distributor modules, injectors and optispark.

*It has a retuned PCM with VATS turned off.

The car turns over but will not fire up. I have no PCM, noid lights or other diagnostic tools to determine if it's the PCM, some sensor code or sensor issue.

So, The wife will help pony up some cash to get this thing running finally, and am looking for recommendations for a reputable shop on Long Island NY that won't charge an arm and a leg to at least diagnose why this thing won't fire up.

What is the FP?
Does it have spark at the plugs?
Have you checked the wiring for broken wires or insulation, especially at the connections?
