Which Scanner to Purchase

Looking to but a scanner that not only shows DTC's but also able to look at analog/digital signals coming in and to turn devices on such as fan relays and such. Not intersted in programming or changing setpoints. Strictly troubleshooting purposes.

i would look on ebay for a snap on scanner .you can find older ones pretty cheap

You need a Tech1 or Tech1a with corvette module.

Send a PM to Toptechx6, he has one and can tell you what modules you need.
